Description: This attractive young woman had a history of nasal trauma. Her nose was twisted and irregular. A septoplasty and rhinoplasty were performed by rhinoplasty specialist Michael Fozo, MD. Some cartilage borrowed from her septum was used to help reconstruct the outside of the nose. Appearance and breathing are both improved. This is a good example of why rhinoplasty and septoplasty should be performed together rather than one after another.
