Meet the Lakeshore Facial Plastic Surgery Team
Lois Winslow, LPN
Patient Care Consultant and Office Manager
Lois is a familiar, friendly face at Lakeshore Facial Plastic Surgery, having joined the practice in 1986. Thousands of patients have come to trust Lois whether they are calling with a question, discussing fees and surgical prep, booking a surgery or visiting the office for follow-ups. She is your go-to girl.
Lois is also the master multi-tasker! More than just our dutiful office manager, she has more than 25 years experience as an Ear, Nose and Throat nurse and 10 years of experience as a surgical nurse. This experience allows her to be a valuable resource to patients as they anxiously prepare or recover from surgery.
While she may do it all at Lakeshore Facial Plastic Surgery, interacting with patients is by far her favorite role. She never forgets a patient and enjoys working closely with them on their journey. When she’s not with patients, Lois enjoys gardening, knitting and baking. She lives in Dryden with her husband and has two grown children and one beautiful granddaughter.
You can reach Lois at our office or by email at northlois@yahoo.com.
Adrienne Procopio Meldrum
Patient Liaison and Director of Marketing
Before joining the Lakeshore Facial Plastic Surgery team in 2011, Adrienne was an enthusiastic rhinoplasty patient of Dr. Fozo’s. She enjoys sharing her story and is in a unique position to answer questions from both her experience as a patient and professionally as an educated team member. Adrienne is fun and approachable and goes by the motto, “There is no such thing as a bad question.” Chances are if you’re thinking it, Adrienne once did too! Feel free to call her with questions any time.
Adrienne assists patients from their initial call to our office through each procedure and follow-up appointment. She will walk you through each step of your consultation including scheduling, billing, how to prepare and what to expect during and after your treatment.
Adrienne graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Integrative Public Relations and a minor in Psychology. She resides in Port Huron with her husband, where they enjoy renovating their 1930s home and spending time on the water.
