He was quite tall, with strong angular features. He wished to make his nose smaller, especially in profile. A successful rhinoplasty for this patient de-emphasized the nose without creating a juvenile appearance or one which was incongruous with his strong facial features. After surgery, he maintained a strong profile, however the nose was in better harmony with his other features.
